Never heard of this car before.

Excerpt of the auction text:
(...) This was the car fetured on the cover of the last AFX catalog in 1977?( see Greenbergs guide to Aurora Slot Cars page 73 ). Test shots of the car were made, but Aurora fell on hard times , & the car never made it to production. I bought 1 of these cars at a show some 8 years back & heard the story. A resin caster got the mold & the stickers for the cars & made a limited run of cars in the blue color shown on the catalog. I found another at a show today, it runs on a Super G chassis that shows some wear, but the body is near mint w/ hand painted driver. This would be a great addition to any AFX or F1 collection."

It is by far the toughest to find, and of course like the other S Series cars, it is very unique because it was only produced in Japan, and only sold there for a short time as well.
